On Hip, we require that all sellers set up the shipping costs that they want to receive from buyers through the shipping options that we provide (see below). This ensures a smooth and seamless checkout experience for our buyers.
As a result, we are unable to issue any partial final value fee refunds - in part or in whole - if a seller issues a refund to a buyer for shipping fees. Please note that similarly, PayPal will also not refund these fees.

Relevant Terms Regarding Shipping Charges
- Shipping and Handling charges, including for additional items, are required to be specified using the options we provide.
- Shipping and Handling charges must be realistic and are not allowed to be excessive.
- It is not permissible to instruct buyers to wait for a custom invoice before paying for a purchase.
- It is not permissible to instruct buyers that they must adhere to a minimum or maximum purchase requirement.
