Each time you buy or sell something, you have an opportunity to leave feedback about your experience. Feedback consists of a positive, negative, or neutral rating, along with a short comment. Buyers and sellers build reputations that are based on all of the feedback ratings and comments left for them.
This information is available in each member's Feedback Profile and helps everyone buy and sell with confidence.
Since feedback becomes a permanent part of your record, buyers are encouraged to contact buyers to try to resolve any issues before leaving neutral or negative feedback.
Members Area > Selling > Orders Section
From with the Members Area > Selling > Orders section:
You can leave feedback for specific orders you have placed, by clicking on the dark blue "★ Leave Feedback" button to the right of any order.
From within the Members Area:
The top of the Summary and Buying sections will display Selling Reminders to you, which you can click on to action. This includes a link "I need to leave feedback for X items I purchased."
Note that Selling Reminders only apply to your last 30 days of activity, and will not prompt you to leave feedback on transactions which were made more than 30 days ago.

You can review feedback left for you by other members, as well as leave feedback by clicking on the "Leave Feedback for Others" link on the right-hand side.
