Having trouble paying, what should I do next?

PayPal processes all of our payments even if you pay directly with a credit card. This way you are always protected by the PayPal buyer protection plan.  

Here are the next steps to help you complete your order. 

  1. Try another computer or device such as your mobile phone
  2. Contact PayPal customer support at 1 (888) 221-1161 and ask that they review your recent purchase attempts and they will identify exactly what needs to happen in order to successfully complete your order. 
  3. Contact your bank to ensure they do not have a hold on any payments to Hip.  

The steps above will help you identify why the payment is not going through and, in most cases, will help you complete payment.
